50th Anniversary Prayer

Gracious and loving Father,
We thank you for leading, guiding, and sustaining us
And for the many blessings
You have given this community
In our journey of faith over fifty years.

Open our eyes, that we might see the needs of your world
Open our ears, that we might hear your call to serve
Open our minds, that we might be filled with your truth
Open our hearts, that we might grow and heal in your Image
Loving one another as you have loved us.

Continue to nourish us with the Bread of Life
Enlighten us with your Word
And strengthen us in unity with your Holy Spirit
As we seek to live as your beloved, one body in Christ
And to share the many gifts we have received from you.

We ask you this in the name of Jesus,
Through the prayers of Mary, our Lady, Queen of the World.
Amen.
