Survey Goal: To assess the needs
of the parish community and what the parishioners
could offer to the parish.
Since the founding of Our Lady Queen of the World
in 1960, we acknowledge the many ways we have been
blessed by the parish through the active participation
of the parishioners. We also realized that the community
has grown and we are faced with needs we would like
to meet in the future. In response, a Needs Assessment
Committee has been formed to assess the needs of the
parish as well as to know what the people could offer
to the parish. The Committee members are parishioners
who have been in the parish long enough to know the
needs of the community. They will help out collate
and analyze the results of the survey as well as make
recommendations in the end.
This project begins by telling
us what you need and what you could offer by completing
the survey. Your answers will help us to understand
our community and to respond to its needs.
